About Aoife Mc Nena

Aoife McNena is Head of HR at Intuity Technologies in Galway. Aoife has over 16 years’ experience as an HR Professional working across Manufacturing, Higher Education, Health and IT and Not for Profit sectors.

She is a chartered fellow with the CIPD and an accredited Executive and Leadership Coach. Aoife holds a BA Graduate of Law and Economics, an H.Dip in Business and Masters in HRM and Corporate Strategy from NUIG.

Aoife has a wealth of experience working with seniors leaders and managers across organisations. She aims to create optimal conditions for high performing teams and embedding a coaching mindset as key measures of success.
